Our Walk-in Clinic has re-opened at 200 Anemki Place.
The hours are :
Wednesdays from 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Fridays from 9:30am – 11:30am
The service is open to patients who do not have an existing primary care provider. If you have an existing primary care provider, it is always best to go to their clinic as they have your medical history.
For the patients of the Dilico Family Health Team, prescription refills including controlled substances, chronic care follow-ups, and forms are best schedule as an appointment with your physician or nurse practitioner.
