We are looking for a Family Wellness Worker Summer Student!

The Dilico Integrated Model of Care brings together a wide range of services and programs to support children, youth, and families to live their good life – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We offer services, rooted in culture, that address diverse issues related to child welfare, mental health & addictions, and primary health. Our Student Placement program welcomes students from a variety of different university and college programs to gain valuable experience and skills with us.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Family Wellness Manager, the Family Wellness Worker will provide guidance and support to families in order to promote safety, success, and well-being for families. The Family Wellness Worker is responsible to work with families that require additional support and guidance in order to maintain family unity or reunification in a manner that respects and incorporates the concept of family centered, culturally appropriate, and community-based care.

Requirements:  A post-secondary college or university student returning to school full-time in September 2023 and within to funding constraints – students must be 15-30 years of age.
