Under the direction of the Facility Operations Manager, the Property and Purchasing Clerk is responsible to purchase items needed for Agency operations. This is to include any specialized items Dilico clients may require. The Property and Purchasing Clerk is responsible for maintaining proper inventories and adequate supply of office supplies for the effective management of all Dilico services.
Qualifications and Requirements: A minimum Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma is required. A one-year Office Administration/General Business Certificate is preferred. Experience in quality purchasing; Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), inventory control and database management. A minimum of one-year experience in Office Administration.
Hours of Work: Part time 4-20 hours per week

Must have: This position requires efficiency, courtesy and organization at all times; must possess a Class “G” Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle; a criminal records check is required.
