The Human Resources Corporate File Clerk is responsible for developing and maintaining corporate filling system. The Human Resources Corporate File Clerk may provide support to the HR team and Services Executive Assistants, including but not limited to record keeping, file digitization and maintenance and spreadsheet upkeep.
Qualifications and Requirements: Certificate or Diploma in Records Management or Business Administration; one or more years in file management and/or business administration function; experience with file digitization is an asset
Hours of Work: 35 Hours per week

Must have: Ability to work flexible hours and travel as determined by the immediate Manager of Human Resources in relation to service requirements; must posses a Class “G” Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle; must complete a criminal records check.
