The Human Resources Officer will be part of a team responsible for delivering a variety of Human Resource services and tasks including: recruitment, new employee orientation, training, health & safety, benefits administration, payroll, data entry, collective agreement and policies compliance as well as additional administrative functions.
Qualifications and Requirements: A certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is required. A minimum of two or more years in human resources and/or business administration; experience with a Human Resources Information System preferably Sage HRIS.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Must have: Ability to work flexible hours and travel as determined by the immediate Manager of Human Resources in relation to service requirements; must posses a Class “G” Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle; must complete a criminal records check.
