Triple P is a parenting program, supported by 30 years of research. It follows a helpful, positive approach to raising children. The goal of Triple P is to help you create a positive, caring relationship with your children and family.
Triple P is for every parent, whether you have a specific problem or are just looking for advice on common everyday issues. It provides easy to use tips and new ideas that will help you build confidence and new skills. Triple P is about supporting the wellbeing of you and your family.
The Triple P program is built on five (5) principles of positive parenting:

Triple P helps give your child the best start in life. It is designed to help you deal with behavior or family problems. Triple P is for every parent and has different levels of help. A Triple P practitioner will help you sort out which of the following levels will best fit your needs.
Level 1: Seminar Series
The Triple P Seminar Series® provide tips on general parenting issues and common everyday behavioural issues. The group seminars are:
The Power of Positive Parenting;
Raising Confident, Competent Children;
Raising Resilient Children.
Level 2: Primary Care Triple P
Primary Care is a one-on-one program for parents who have a concern about their child’s behavior or development (i.e. toilet training or bedtime problems). It is a brief program with four sessions held over approximately eight weeks.
Level 3: Standard Triple P (also available: Group & Self Directed)
Standard Triple P for parents who want more intense training in positive parenting. Generally, parents are dealing with a child who has severe or a number of behavior problems.
Level 4: Enhanced Triple P
Enhanced Triple P is an intensive one-on-one program. A Triple P Practitioner will work with you in your family right in your own home. Parents learn new parenting and support skills. It is for parents and families that are dealing with many issues related to parenting, child behavior and family breakdown.
