What to expect when you call?

When you call 1-800-465-3985, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. you will reach Dilico’s reception desk. The receptionist will help determine the appropriate service area for your problem.

After hours and on weekends, all calls are automatically directed to the Nurses’ Registry of Thunder Bay. The Nurses’ Registry will ask for your name and phone number. The Nurses’ Registry will then immediately contact an on-call Dilico professional staff member to call you back. The Dilico professional staff member will help you define your problem, think about what's important and help you figure out what to do next.

What does confidential mean?

Confidential means that Dilico will not provide any information that you shared to anyone outside of Dilico.
