NIGHT ATTENDANT

Up to One-Year Contract, Adult Residential Treatment Services, Thunder Bay

To meet the demands of the agency’s rapid growth and increased organizational needs, Dilico invites you to join our multiservice team of professionals as a Night Attendant will monitor clients at regular intervals and provide care through the night. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide nighttime care to the clients at the Adult Residential Treatment Centre.

Qualifications and Requirements:   BA or College Diploma in addictions counselling or social work.  Experience in the field of Anishinabek alcoholism and drug addiction is required.

Must have:  The ability to work shift work in relation to service requirements; a valid Class “F” Driver’s License; access to a reliable, personal vehicle, $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance, a valid Standard First Aid/CPR certificate; complete a medical and receive the required immunizations as recommended by the local medical officer of health (residential only).
