The Integrated Services Registered Nurse carries out an integrated service approach, with the intent of ensuring Child Welfare, Mental Health and Addictions and Health Services are working collaboratively to identify, assess, and provide intervention to children and families who are involved in Dilico services. 

Qualifications and Requirements:  A four-year BScN is required.  Two years’ experience in advanced nursing assessment skills with special emphasis on clinical assessments, screening, prenatal, infant, and child health care; two years’ experience working with First Nations, in a First nation community or equivalent organization.  Candidates without the specific education qualifications and where the position does not require certified qualification to practice, but who possess an appropriate combination of experience and other academic qualifications will also be considered.

Hours of Work:  32.5 hours per week

Must have:  Must be willing and able to work flexible hours and provide on-call services as required; must be certified in CPR and Standard First Aid; must provide evidence of registration with the appropriate regulatory bodies (College of Nurses and Registered Nurses Association of Ontario); be able to travel regularly; must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle; a satisfactory criminal records/vulnerable sector check is required upon hiring.
