Aboriginal Healthy Babies Healthy ChildrenDilico's community health nurses and infant child development staff work together to support families expecting a baby. This program provides access to culturally appropriate early intervention and prevention services to help all children get the best start in life. Home and Community Care ServicesOur in-home and community-based services support the efforts of individuals to care for themselves with the assistance of family, friends and community. Care management ensures our services meet district needs of the client. Family Health TeamPrimary health care is provided by an interdisciplinary team of physicians, Nurse Practictioners, Nurses, a Social Worker, a Traditional Healer and Diabetes Educator. The Family Health Team coordinates the highest quality of care for Anishinabek and non-Aboriginal individuals and families in Dilico's jurisdiction.
