The Director of Finance and Corporate Services is responsible for the financial, administration, property and purchasing, information services and information technology systems of operation. The Director of Finance and Corporate Services is responsible to ensure the consistency of standards so that services and related programs express the policies, standards and procedures of Dilico and are within the legal framework of applicable legislation. The Director of Finance and Corporate Services provides supervision to the Human Resources Manager, Finance Manager, Facilities Operation Manager, Corporate Information Services Manager and the Information Technology Manager, as applicable.
Qualifications and Requirements: A minimum of a four-year Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting) combined with an Accounting Designation (CA,CMA, CGA) is required. A minimum of 5-7 years management and supervisory experience in financial management is required. Combined with significant experience in a non-profit organization preferably in a multi-significant, integrated social services agency with Indigenous children, families and communities preferred.
Must have: The ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Executive Director in relation to service requirements; must posses a Class “G” Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle; a criminal records check is required.
