The Systems Coordinator assists in managing the resources of the statistical and records systems in a manner that assures a high quality service and supports programs accurately, efficiently, and economically. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Assistant Director of Finance and Corporate Services in providing systems development and implementation; automation planning; technical consultations; support and training in the operation and use of technology; maintenance of systems; maintenance of LAN; maintenance of sub-office connections and evaluating information technology for this Agency.
Qualifications and Requirements: A minimum two-year Computer Diploma is required. A three-year Computer Science Diploma is preferred. Three or more years experience in technical computer support; experience with Crystal Report writing; experience with Local Area Networks.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Must have: A satisfactory criminal records check; ability to work flexible hours as determinded by the Director in relation to service requirements; have a valid Class “G” driver’s license; have access to a reliable personal vehicle, and have $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance.
