The Residential Treatment Services Manager will manage the day to day operations of the Assessment/ Brief Treatment Unit to ensure the current developmental, academic, treatment, and psycho-social needs of children, youth and their families in care are met by actively supervising staff in the provision of assessment and treatment.

Qualifications and Requirements: A HBSW or 4 year related degree,a MSW is preferred. A minimum of three years direct service with children, adolescent and families, and 2 year Managerial experience; training and experience in evidence-based programming, as it applies to the Anishinabek family, school, community, and social service organizations; training and experience in the co-ordination of residential care related activities and programming as it applies to the Anishinabek family and community.

Hours of Work:  35 hours per week

A satisfactory criminal records check; ability to work flexible hours in relation to service requirements; have a valid Class “G” driver’s license; have access to a reliable personal vehicle, and have $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance; must complete a medical and receive the required immunizations as recommended by the local medical officer of health.
